Victoria's Secret is the most successful lingerie brand in the global market and it also performs the best out of all the stores examined.

Victoria Secret's value proposition should be designed based on its customers segments and the products and services this company provides should meet their targeted customers need.  The success of Victoria's secret can prove this point. (On their blog).

On Victoria Secret reviews their were a lot of complaints about the company not giving refunds for items that did not work out.  A lot of customers complaining about it being hard to pay their bill without added fees attached.  A lot of good reviews from customers that love shopping with their promotions, free gifts, coupons, rewards and discounts.

Victoria's Secret is one of the most famous lingerie companies in America.  Along with the growing of the company, VS also start it's makeup line and clothing line, but talking about the most well known product of the company, it is definitely gonna be it's lingerie.  (On VS blog)

The smart digital marketing strategy is the secret to Victoria's Secret's success.  They focus on conversions!  Besides being super glamorous chunk of talented women, they are intelligent digital marketers. 

Social Media Marketing is Fuel to Victoria's Secret Brand.  Victoria's Secret has spread it's wings on the social media channels; Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter pages to generate a lot of attention. 

Victoria's Secret's email marketing campaigns do the trick too.  Their emails bring value to subscribers' exclusive coupons, the members-only shopping events, and sneak peek at new collections are few of the perks of signing up.

User-Friendly Website Design is a must for Victoria Secret.  With easy navigation and strategically placed call to action buttons, Victoria's Secret has a user-friendly website.  Even though the brand image is glamorous and chic, the website design is simple, sober and intuitive to use.

Optimized Mobile Marketing for Conversion.  The luxurious brand, Victoria's Secret has mobile apps for iPod, iPhone and iPad.

The challenge Victoria's Secret is facing is they have a hyper-sexualized brand, with it's propensity to airbrush models, has come under fire. 

If I was the Brand manager I would also have models and outfits for larger women too.  They should focus on all shapes and sizes.  This should help sell to a larger scope of customers.
